Project Description:
New Wastewater Treatment Plant had to be coated on the interior and exterior. Factory primer was abrasive blasted to create profile for the next coats. All weld seams were blasted to "Near White" metal. The interior of the tank was coated with Coal Tar Epoxy 16-18 mils DFT. The Exterior of the Tank was coated with an Epoxy/Urethane system 8-10 mils DFT. Also included in this project was piping, valves, support structural steel. All exterior finishes were done with the epoxy/urethane system.
