Project Description:
Pressure vessels interior lining done with 100% Polyurea material. Exterior of vessels coated with the same material and textured to give a uniform appearance. These vessels were done at our shop in Bainbridge, GA.
Vessels were abrasive blasted to achieve maximum adhesion properties of the polyurea (2000 psi adhesion). Quick return to service time is the best advantage to using this coating system. Application on interior and exterior can be achieved in a one coat application. Vessels could be ready for service within 24 hours of being coated.
